Mr. Jeff Gowdy is one of the co-founders of Smartetools. Thanks to over 30 years of experience working directly with school districts and county education offices, Jeff brings to Smartetools an intimate knowledge of school district business processing and a vision for creating efficiencies throughout the system.
Mr. Ray Hindy is one of the co-founders of Smartetools. With over 30 years of IT experience as a systems programmer, program manager and technical architect, Ray brings an exceptional level of technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of building systems that are intuitive, functional, and efficient.
